Ladies Lifestyle with Laur (LLL) is a women’s mindset-based wellness coaching company founded by Lauren Soto, a passionate advocate for women’s overall health.

After struggling with her own food-based mindset, she became a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) and received her M.S. in Nutrition.

Her goal? Show women that it’s ok not to be ok.

It’s about the mindset, habits, mental health, and those everyday struggles that shape your relationship with food and nutrition. Our mission is to create a safe, judgment-free space where women can open up about their challenges, gain clarity, and receive the personalized support they truly need and deserve.

Through our signature LIFETRACC 1:1 coaching program, we focus on accountability, mindset, and education to help women rebuild trust with their bodies, overcome the “all-or-nothing” cycle, and create a nutrition plan that fits their unique lifestyle.
