My Story:
My roots in health and fitness run deep. I grew up always being active, competing as a competitive cheerleader, and I always loved learning about health—but I unfortunately also experienced the toxic pressures of early 2000s diet culture firsthand.
For years, I struggled with my own weight fluctuating constantly, poor self-confidence, and a tough relationship with food. This started at the age of 8, and continued all through my early 20s.
I’ve been the “bigger girl” and ruthlessly teased for it, I’ve felt overlooked, and I’ve questioned my worth based on a number on the scale. That lived experience is exactly why LLL is built on compassion, NOT comparison.
However, being a nutrition professional wasn’t always the life goal. In college, I was on track to become a physical therapist, but was drained and disconnected from this career, questioning every step.
One elective nutrition course completely changed my life trajectory and reignited something I didn’t even know I was missing—and that spark has fueled me since.

Education:
I have earned my B.S. in Health Science [Stockton University, 2021] and an M.S. in Applied Nutrition [University of New England, 2024].
I am certified as a NASM Nutrition Coach, have been working with clients since 2022, and am also pursuing an NASM Personal Training Certification [2025].
Additionally, I have recently expanded my expertise in women’s hormonal health through IIN certification [2025].
So trust me… I know my stuff!

Through personalized 1:1 coaching, we build a plan around YOU—your body, your lifestyle, your goals.
I’m here to help you understand what’s really going on in your body, and how to work with your hormones instead of fighting against them. Because as women, our bodies are complex, and we all have different needs—especially when hormones are involved.
Whether you’re trying to boost energy, feel stronger, heal your gut, balance your hormones, or just feel like yourself again—I’ve got you. We’ll take it step by step, at a pace that feels good, and build a routine that fits into your life (not the other way around).
By the end of our time together, you’ll have the tools, confidence, and momentum to not only hit your goals, but keep being successful for the long haul.
