A women’s mindset-based nutrition coach and mental health advocate. But more than that, I’m someone who’s deeply committed to helping women heal their relationship with food, find freedom from diet culture, and feel like themselves again: energized, confident, and fully supported from the inside out.

The LLL Philosophy

Ladies Lifestyle with Laur was born from my belief that no two women are the same. Our bodies, our goals, our mindsets, and our lifestyles are all unique. So why are we still given cookie-cutter health advice that leaves us more confused and burnt out?

I built LIFETRACC to change that. It’s not just about what’s on your plate — it’s about your story, your habits, your struggles, and your vision for the life you want. Together, we take the full picture into account: nutrition, mindset, lifestyle patterns, and the emotional weight that is often overlooked. And we create a plan that feels realistic, freeing, and sustainable.

I grew up getting bullied about my body, leading to years on a seesaw of diets and restrictions. After some time, I realized restriction was the real problem—not dairy, carbs, or sweet treats. When I shifted to a mindset-first, portion-aware approach and stopped demonizing foods… it all clicked.

This is exactly why I created the LIFETRACC Program: to help women shift their mindset, reclaim their relationship with food, and finally feel empowered in their own skin.

My Story:

Hey, I’m Laur—the heart behind Ladies Lifestyle with Laur. I grew up active and competitive in cheer, but from as early as eight I was labeled “big-boned,” bullied for my body, and even given a uniform top with extra fabric to hide my stomach. Growing up in the early 2000s, I was surrounded by the message that “skinny = pretty,” and I internalized it. By 2008 I was stuck on a brutal yo-yo: diet after diet, workout after workout, constantly losing and gaining. Anxiety around eating and even certain textures narrowed what I felt safe eating. Everywhere I went, the conversation was about weight, restriction, and what not to eat—and I watched women from their teens to their 80s still depriving themselves out of fear. I’ve been there.

My turning point came in February 2020, when I stepped on the scale and weighed 160 pounds, realizing that something had to change. After real soul-searching (and backed by my formal nutrition education), I understood the real problem wasn’t specific foods—it was restriction and an all-or-nothing mindset. It wasn’t what I was eating; it was how much and how I was thinking about food. I shifted to a mindset-based, portion-aware approach, stopped demonizing foods, and over time lost 40 pounds—feeling better than I ever had both physically and mentally. That resilience came from transforming pain into practice.

Today, that lived experience is the foundation of LLL: a compassionate, judgment-free space where food is treated as emotional, social, and mental—not just nutritional—and where women can discuss their struggles openly without shame. My work is built on education over restriction, progress over perfection, and simple, sustainable tools that fit real life. I turned my story into a framework so other women don’t have to struggle their way through another crash diet. Because I’ve lived it—and I know there’s a healthier, kinder way forward.

Education:

I have earned my B.S. in Health Science [Stockton University, 2021] and an M.S. in Applied Nutrition [University of New England, 2024].

I am certified as a NASM Nutrition Coach, have been working with clients since 2022, and am also currently pursuing an NASM Personal Training Certification [2025].

So trust me… I know my stuff!

Through personalized one-on-one coaching, we create a plan tailored to you—your body, lifestyle, and goals.

I’m here to help you better understand yourself and learn how to work with your struggles, rather than fighting against them.
