The LIFETRACC
Program

After your initial 30-minute consultation, an overview/summary/timeline of clients’ goals, struggles, etc. is uploaded to your client portal. This helps take into consideration all aspects of your health, lifestyle, and particular hormone imbalances/endocrine conditions.

ALL LIFETRACC programs include: 

• Macro (Carbs, fat, protein) and certain other nutrients (sugar/added sugar, sat. fat, fiber, etc.) ranges are provided for reference if veering off of the provided meal plans (which is totally allowed and even recommended from time-to-time).
• A meal plan for the duration of your program that falls within calculated ranges for goals.
  • Includes three meals and weekly snack ideas with 1 swap-in meal per week.
• A 1-page hormone cheat sheet for the client’s particular imbalance struggles.
• Basic workout recommendations.
• Access to a private group page via My PT Hub with up to 3 weekly posts exclusive to clients.
