Getting to the point of being happy and content while chowing down, not worried about the calories or if this is “too much”, is a lot easier said than done.

The constant self criticism, comparison to the influencers what I eat in a days online, and constant information being spewed at you left and right… finding what actually works for you can feel like an impossibly overwhelming task.
