This one was so yummy… similar to the white cheddar, the Asiago parm was creamy, cheesy, and delicious!

Rest days aren’t a setback—they’re your secret wea Rest days aren’t a setback—they’re your secret weapon. 💪💤

If you’re constantly exhausted 🥱, struggling with your cycle🗓️, or feeling stuck despite working out 🏋️... it might be a recovery issue, NOT a motivation one👀.

‼️If you asked me for ONE thing that’s made a huge ‼️If you asked me for ONE thing that’s made a huge difference in my health journey, it would be this:

Paying attention to labels🛒 + eating in moderation🍽️. 

For so long, I used to grab whatever looked healthy without a second thought. “Low-fat,” “gluten-free,” “all-natural”🌿 

I thought if the front of the package said it, it had to be good for me, right? (Yeah... not so much. 😅)

Once I started actually flipping things over and reading the ingredients + nutrition facts, I realized how much sneaky stuff was packed into “healthy” foods 🤯.

Things like hidden sugars, chemical additives/dyes, and artificial flavoring couldn’t even be pronounced... and honestly, it opened my eyes big time 👀. 

But it wasn’t all about getting strict or obsessive… It was about eating smarter, not harder💪.

This means choosing foods with real ingredients and not demonizing treats, but understanding what I was putting into my body🥑.

The behavioral key is moderation, NOT 🙅‍♀️deprivation.

No crazy restrictions, no “all or nothing”... Just awareness, balance, and permitting to enjoy food without guilt, while still honoring my health goals🥗. 

It sounds simple, but this small habit shift has completely changed how I feel in my body

More energy, fewer crashes, and honestly, way more peace around food. 💛

Moral of the story: Knowledge 🧠= power💡.
